The role of Pamir Trek: to help you to organize and to realize the journey which you imagined.


The region: Oriental Pamir and Pamir Ala? in Tajikistan and in Kyrgyzstan.


The guides and their team: the shepherds and the villagers of the Pamir, who are all riders and walkers and who, since 2008, follow training courses and acquired an experience in horse and pedestrian trekking.

The horses: Kyrgyz type, male, perfectly adapted to the high mountain, lively, hard-wearing, with safe foot, docile, well trained, size between 1,40 and 1, 60 m, the back strong thus carrier.


The saddlery: wooden Kyrgyz traditional saddle of poplar, seat covered with a sheep skin, saddle carpet of felt, saddle-bags for the transport of the personal luggages.

Management of the trek: Pamir Trek has high mountain’s tents for pers 2 (tents 4 places), cooking equipment and stoves with gasoline, etc.; foods are transported on packsaddle’s horse, and a vehicle joins the group every 2 or 3 days, according to the route. The cooking as well as the set up of the tents are realized by the guide and his team, of which a cook, helped by the walkers who wish it.


Duration of the trek: from 4 to 40 days or more.

The trekkers: between friends, in family, in established groups or in independent.


To your service: Pamir Trek organizes for you, in partnership with local agencies, the transports (Jeep, Minibuses, internal flights) from Bichkek (KGZ), Dushanbe (TJK) or the city of your choice, the visits, the excursions and the accommodations according to your preferences and according to the possibilities, in guesthouse, homestay, hotel, under tent and under yurt.
